• Connects to your Instagram Business account
• Automatically responds to Instagram Direct Messages
• Uses AI to generate contextual responses based on your knowledge base
• Stores conversation history for analytics and improvement

3. User Requirements

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Have a Facebook Page connected to your Instagram account
• Be authorized to connect the Instagram account to our Service
• Comply with Instagram's and Meta's Terms of Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Collect user data without consent
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in illegal activities

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• The content of your knowledge base and bot responses
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitoring your bot's conversations for quality and compliance

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content (knowledge base, messages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

All Service code, features, and functionality remain our exclusive property.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You violate Instagram's or Meta's policies
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk
• Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and deleting your data through the dashboard.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

This Service integrates with Meta/Instagram and Anthropic Claude. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
